Due to continuous requests from various clubs in the past few weeks, the Umpires’ Section has decided to host one more Refresher Course (English) on the 7 January 2015 (Wednesday) 19:30 – 21:00 at the Hong Kong Football Club. Please kindly inform all umpires in your club who have yet to attend a refresher course this season, this will be the last chance to get themselves qualified to umpire this season.

Please be kindly reminded on the following issues:
- You MUST wear the official HKHA Umpire Shirt when you are umpiring.
- Please be ready for your pre match talk with your partner at least 15 mins before the start of your game.
- Please be strong on any verbal abuse toward an umpire or any other player. A Yellow card should be issued to any player who verbally abuses another. A Red card should be considered for repeat offences.
