The HKHA Promotion and Development Section jointly with the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups are co-organizing a Hockey Fun Day at Po Tsui Park at Tseung Kwun O on 10 July 2010. The event aims to bring the game of hockey to the residents of Po Tsui area with a view that more hockey programmes can be organized there in the future.
With hockey try-out booths and demonstrations, participants will get hands-on experience of the game and appreciate the basic concept and rules of the hockey. A key attraction of the booth will be the showcase of the 5th East Asian Games Torch and participants will be allowed to hold it and take photos.
