The Mini & Junior Hockey Promotion Scheme 2015/2016 is now open enrollment. There are 5 phases in the scheme. Students can start by participate in our Sports For All Day (2/8/2015) – a one day free trail which allows students to enjoy the fun of playing hockey. Afterwards students will take part in the training courses which covers different hockey skills for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels for students. After that students will take challenge of a 5-a-side tournament. Capacity is limited so act now.
Entry: 1. Please complete the application form above and sent it with a cheque (It should be made payable to “The Hong Kong Hockey Association”, and write the name and class on the back of the cheque) to: Hong Kong Hockey Association, 1/F, Administration Block, King’s park Hockey Ground, 2-6 Wylie Rd, Kowloon.
OR 2. Transfer payment to HSBC 658-117650-001 (The Hong Kong Hockey Association). Email application form to arthurchung@hockey.org.hk together with banking slip).
