The 2011-2012 hockey season will kick-start this week-end with the Club de Recreio Centenary Celebration Competitions. First hosted by Club de Recreio in the 2007 to celebrate its centenary in 2006, the weekend tournament pits the winners and the runners-up of the respective men’s and women’s 2nd, 3rd and 4th division, in the previous season, in a one-off match for the Cup, Plate and Bowl.
